When Miami, BC, and Wake get eliminated from the ACCT on Tuesday, their seasons are over. Why would they want to hang around 3-4 more days?

I didn’t advocate for games those 3 teams either.
The 8 teams that play Thursday the ACC could let the 4 losers play a consolation makeup game on Friday to help bubble teams.
If we lose to Virginia on Thursday and could play Georgia Tech or Louisville on Friday it’s a game that would give us a chance for a quad 1 win.
