ACC Preseason Poll

The 4 win and 5 win seasons are certainly bad. But at least teams knew they had to do more than make sure the bus didn't crash so they could win (well, a few of them just had to get off the bus in that weird 5 win season).

1 win seasons are a special kind of bad. The kind that only a GRob could love.

I just don't think people should get bent out of shape about the preseason predictions. Might actually motivate our team. Terrible perception for now, but a quick 3-0 start against the weakest part of the schedule would help.

A not 3-0 start would mean to go ahead and put a frame on the preseason rankings.

3-0 start means we can and should go .500 in conference

Which means 7-8 wins

I really am not worried about this year

If it's bad, Dino is done

If it's good, then he has to follow it up with another 7-8 wins.

If we win 7-8 this year then 3-4 next year, that just shows we are spinning our wheels and a change is needed

4-8, 4-8, 5-7, 10-3, 1-10

Need a 8-5, 9-4 to follow that versus a 3-9, 5-7 to show any positive gains.

Why not? 7 different champions in the last 7 years. Someone has to start the cycle over again. We'd prefer that it was us rather than anyone else, but ...

I believe we were last in 2018, even though we beat Clemson the year prior.

I believe we’ve been last or second to last almost the entirety of us being in the ACC. It’s getting tiring and needs to change

If Dino doesn't win this year he isn't going to win. He has 2 solid lines. A 4 year QB that he hand picked. Great RB room. WR who is setting records and a favorable schedule.
