If anyone watched the games Ward made some nice plays because he can escape. But my lord the windows he had to throw into on 75% of his throws were insane. Once he had to make tighter throws against us he had issues and so did the WRs.

He took a team that was at worst a 10 win team and got 10.

Kyle took a team that was expected to be 6-7 win team by most and got 9 and had them in position to win 11.

Hate to say it but for the season, Ward was better than McCord. McCord should be 2nd team like Hale has it.

I'll back you up on this. The important thing is we got the win, but we can't pretend the Pitt game didn't happen and I'm not sure the stats say McCord was better except for yards.

A couple of minor quibbles…I honestly thought OG sorta coasted this year. First team all ACC would be a “rep” award, maybe not so much merit. But his numbers for a TE are going to look huge.

I thought Peña and Meeks were just as solid if not better moreso. I would have no problem with Pena as first team. He was fantastic.

LQA should be first team all purpose back and I will die on that hill.

Barron as a first teamer…interesting vote by hale. Hard to think any of our defenders will be first team.

I get Ward over McCord, it sucks but Ward has been great.

What round do you have McCord going in? Goos teams and bad teams are going to pass on him aty some point

IMHI those who draft really learn everything about the guys available. Even the character flaws, but they draft them anyway. Kind of like Nabors with the Giants. Personally, I think Kyle is the real deal and goes in the first round. I wouldn't be surprised if someone moves up to get him.
I also expect an eastern team.

Yea that’s true. He’s listed as a TE.

LeQuint had more touchdowns, receptions and yards from scrimmage. He is also a much better blocker. It's not even close, Hale needs to put the Joint down.

Thought Barron over the last few games was outstanding, but 1st team ?

Yes, him and Mendoza of Cal are clearly better QBs than Klubnick. Klubnick has failed to win just about every big game he has played and has had better talent than just about any team Clemson faces. Hoe

He is in the lower half of QBs in the conference. Some in Clemson were actually seriously talking him up as a Heisman candidate. Crazy.
