ACC will make more than $100 million off schools' NCAA tourney runs over past 3 years

So that is 6.25(ACC office gets a share as well) million per school.
Which is double what the AAC TV contract pays each school each year.
This money also lessens the gap between the ACC and the SEC/B1G.

Syracuse and Louisville get smaller shares because of bans, right?

Don't forget that tournament credits are paid out over 6 years.

SU won't get $ for ACC credits earned before 2015, and possibly 2016 due to the voluntary withdrawal from tournament consideration. It could be another 4 years before SU gets an equal share of the annual payouts to the ACC.

SU's credits earned in the Big East (including a Final Four run, just like UL) stayed with the BE/AAC.
