In all seriousness, I don't ever recall a year where the expectations between most national media and our internal expectations are so far apart. Of course, we always see the positives of our squad as fans, but there seems to be legit data driving a very optimistic outlook for this team. The ACC will be brutally difficult, so we will definitely take losses and have a tough stretch during the regular season, but I see this team as almost purpose built for a deep run in the tourney. So much random chance goes into the tournament, that it may not pan out, but as of mid-October, I can't picture us being too much better postured.
