You guys are assuming the ground & pound (“meathead”) offensive approach is inherent in the two things I admire about the Dazzler’s approach.
It’s not.
Having a physical, well prepared offensive line and using a “keep running it till they stop it” play calling philosophy can work for an air raid, option or spread offense.
Same goes for disguising how a defensive weakness is exploited through different formations.
It’s not unique to an offense; it’s simply an approach to how an offense is called/executed.
And the Dazzler’s ceiling, or average, is something I’d give Chip’s left nut for after enduring sub .500 football over the past 15 years.
There are guys here who really do think the gane they’re watching is nothing more than Madden.
And for them, it’s not the Dazxler, it’s not Meathead, it’s Mr. Adazzio.
