Several reports saying he is on their radar. I think it would be a good fit, and happy to get him out of BC.

Completely agree. Then BC can hire Gerg and all will be swell!

I don't understand what Michigan is seeing in Addazio as a prospective head coach. I would agree that it is in Syracuse's interest that his stay in Boston is brief. He may not be a great coach but he is a formidable recruiting rival to SU.

Fixed
probably not a good idea.

with the talent the name BC can land and the ooc schedule he can put together, theyd be at 8 or 9 wins every year.

He plays a style that UM fans would appreciate.

Schiano would never reduce himself to the amount of money that BC would be willing to pay. No danger there.

They are REALLY going after Harbaugh.

Reports that Harbaugh already said no. His wife doesn't want to leave the bay area.

I think when you marry a football coach, being tied to one area goes out the window a bit.

I see Addazio as a 9-3 type coach and would be a solid pick but not a guy that could lead them to a championship.

Michigan can afford the alimony.

Maybe they can give the 49ers a 1st rounder as well.

Wpppppshhhh!

"Sure I could have my pick of NFL jobs where I would make more money, but what I really want to do is rebuild a program that just won 5 games at a place with sky high expectations (and whose arch-rival, who UM is constantly compared to, is currently dominant and has lost just 1 B1G game in 3 seasons)" - probably not what Jim Harbaugh is thinking

Depends on the wife and the job choices. I would bet Oakland.

It would make sense with that Cowherd was saying this week.

Not the sexiest name, but he would listen, and could be a great hire. I assumed it was Addazio he was referring to once I started seeing his name pop up.

I think Cowherd's off the radar guy was Mike Gundy. Word is that he and T. Boone aren't best buddies.

I think Addazio could do fine at Michigan. They can land top talent there and he's not a bad coach like Schiano.
