  • Seton Hall looked anemic offensively tonight--even more than us
  • They went to overtime, and thus expended "extra" energy
  • They played a late game [ended at ~9:30pm], and will have a shorter recovery time before playing us at 2:20pm tomorrow

- I just saved a ton of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico!

Theres two schools of thought when you see Seton Hall play a game like that.

A. There not that good, wont be hitting shots tomorrow, Syracuse cruises.
B. The Syracuse rule comes into effect and Edwin/Oliver/Smyth will hit 9-10 threes between them and SU will be in a dogfight.

Knowing Syracuse I would expect the latter.

Not me--I think we're going to kill them.

We get "well" tomorrow night. Book it.

I still expect SU to win regardless and nothing would make me happier then to see us pound these guys like an old school Jenna Jameson shoot, but I am fully expecting Edwin and or Smyth to go off from deep.

You are wrong. It's tomorrow afternoon.

But I agree, we win. We've beaten all the bad teams on the schedule, I think people forget that whenever we have an ugly loss to a good team.

Can we carry it over for a win against Pitt? Hope so. We should have a chip on our shoulder for Pitt and God willing, Georgetown. Two teams who made us look very bad, especially on their courts.

In my opinion, I think fatigue tends to be exaggerated in tourneys like this. For example, in 2009 we played 7 overtimes in 24 hours (vs UConn and WVU) and won both games.

No question Seton looked terrible for most of the game. However I wish we had a center with the post moves of Teague. He reminded me of AO. I guess we just need to foul him. Also reminds me of AO at the line.

A killer instinct has been sorely lacking with this team. Maybe we'll start to see it now? LGO!
