Ads taking up most of the page

I've had this issue on and off the last few days.
The banner and the ad drop to the middle of the page.
Refreshing the page worked for a bit but then it became a bigger issue.
Clear cache and cookies and reset Chrome was good for a day but came back again today.

I've been seeing the same thing for the past few days. It's REALLY annoying. I keep closing them and telling "google" they are blocking the screen, but they keep doing it.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the screen.

Bottom left corner, you see where it says "Syracuse Default"

Click on that and change it to "Pub Only"
