He’s up and down every other game all year, And then he just was down for the last month

Tonight is at least somewhat on him. We needed scorers with Buddy bottled up, and AG was MIA, as he has been for weeks. Seems like a nice guy, but woof.

Its crazy because we all know/knew AG was capable for going off for 20+. But his offensive awareness when it comes to shooting took a complete nose dive towards the end. Defensively you can tell he was out of position as well. Can’t have a guy who isn’t producing on either end on the floor

How does it work for AG? He was granted a waiver this year but if he transfers again does he get immediate playing time or does he have to sit? Was this year a freebie for him and he will get the automatic eligibility this year as well?

More than anything else, I don't understand his mindset if leaving is his choice. He transfers again and does what? He started every game this year and had every opportunity. What changes somewhere else?

I like Griffin, we know what he is. Very mercurial player but a guy who plays hard. Good rebounder and remarkable shotblocker, I'm not sure if people realize he averaged nearly 2bpg as a 6'5 wing.

He simply didn't get much run at the end of the season, and against Houston all I remember is him air-balling a three and passing up a layup for a horrible turnover. Bad end to the season but he didn't have much of a chance playing 10mpg and getting yanked for any misstep.

Was he really an all around threat or just a guy who never played defense and had a lot of shots go in because he took a lot of shots? Illinois didn’t miss him.
