There's a better chance of one of us getting on the field the rest of the season. Would not be surprised if Cook has played his last game in Orange. So much talent but couldn't put it together, one of the classic what if guys.

Just terrible timing. Half way through the season so he can’t benefit from a redshirt. If it’s an ACL and he’s out for a year, he’d come back in the middle of next season most likely into a team that is mostly settled.

You never know, both Buttermore and DiPietro came back and started the year still nursing injuries from the previous year. If it lines up with his academics he might still be back.

Regardless no one can doubt his hustle. Absolutely relentless on the ride and his effort that 2020 season was one of the highlights of that year for me. Hope he gets healthy soon.
