On U. They are close to clinching their regular season which would give them home court throughout their conference tournament. Also got that kid back from Australia, guard.

Danes are 20-8, 14-1 in conference with one last reg season against UVM. Question: Is it any bit remotely possible that if they win their last game and make their tourney final but lose that they could get an at large? I mean, they have 20 wins, but stranger things have happened to some team we are all fans of. And to be completely fair, Vermont is 12-3 in conference and is also having a fantastic year.
Yeah, thought it might be a stretch.RPI is 117, don't think they can get an at large but they really so have an advantage with home court throughout the tourney.
You just wonder how long Will Brown is going to stay at Albany. If they get to the big dance again this year you would think he would entertain offers. He almost has to. He has been that for 14 seasons. You just wonder why he hasn't left yet. I read this morning that this was the fourth time that Brown has won 20 games in a season. You would think it would have been more than that but it shows how hard it is.On U. 21-8, 15-1 going into the America East tournament.
Catamounts (at the very worst tied) would be tied for 2nd with Stony Brook at 12-4 if Stony Brook wins their last regular season game.
Good call. Didn't think about the tiebreaker.UVM gets the 2nd place due to their wins over SB I think.

Both Albany and UVM made their semis (slated for Sunday)...can you say collision course?
Nice photo, brother! And yeah, can't miss kinda day. Riding or bball. Can't we have both?Trying to figure out if the boy and I will go to the game on Sunday or hit the mountain.
Did you see the photo from the game I posted? I'll share it again... My son is in the upper corner to the right of the ball.
As SU fans I guess maybe we're a bit spoiled with our tournaments(this year aside). It looks like the Great Danes have to wait until Sunday after winning their first round game on Wednesday. I can't imagine having to wait that long between rounds in the BET, or whatever conference we're in now.
Danes play on ESPN3 on sunday at 2pm, if anyone cares to watch! Tee, at least we've still got someone left after tomorrow. I remember the time Albany was threatening fairly late to be the 1st 16 seed to win(vs UConn).
That was a great game, brother. It felt halfway through the 2nd half, that the Danes would win it.
