U can just get hired and u already make the same amount as people who have worked hard and put time in at places just because they bumped minimum wage up. It's pretty stupid in that aspect. Nobody wants to work hard to earn anything anymore imo. O well.

$18/hr level coaching, teaching my kids to get out of bed on time to get to school qualifies.
