The ones I’ve talked to are just really passionate about the university and program, they are into HS coaching or are active in the their community. A good example is bringing out an SU coach to a community camp for freshmen/sophomores in places like Baltimore, Philly, Chicago, NJ or offering to help out with the few camps that SU does run in a volunteer capacity. Making connections with donors and other coaches in our historic recruiting strongholds. A big one that has been rebuffed has been fitness and offseason training with both current and former pros.
