Class of 2025 Amaia Jackson (NY) Verbal to Clemson

Figure we should get this thread created for the #2 player in the state and #1 NY guard in her class. Played at Bishop Kearny in Rochester but just transferred to Montverde

Was first team 16U at EYBL

I know the family very very well and I know the fam is a big syracuse fan. Really hope we get involved

There is more to this than meets the eye!!! These kids are being offered money and instead of the old days where players compared schools by looking at uniform colors, dorms, cafeteria food, TV exposure, playing time..etc., now they are comparing financial offers. We lost our top freshman last year, who started every game for us and had a bright future to Tennessee...because of NIL money. Clemson has SEC type or close to it, funding!
