Anemic offense

You can't have 2 or 3 guys do all the scoring. CJ, Cooney, and DC2 early. Ennis and MG zero points. These two have got to score some. Nobody looks to score other than CJ really. Someone tell Ennis it's OK to shoot once in a while.

I think Ennis making shots is the key to this team's success. He doesn't have to score a lot, only enough to keep defenses honest.

Ennis scored in high school, not sure why he's so tentative. He's deferring WAY too much. By not shooting, teams are giving him a big cushion, so it's tightened his passing lanes too.

Plus 4 out of 5 of DC2 baskets were cleaning up misses.

Absolutely true. Which is making it especially hard to get anything out of the half court.

Part of that is Ennis' lack of size. He's a below the rim player...in pas two years we had Dion and then MCW who could finish with highlight reels dunks.
