Why is it that I continue to see the same annoying ads, even after I click where it says that I've seen them too often. I swear I see the "Should Hillary Still Be Indicted" ad/website everytime I check out the off-topic forum. Usually more than once during a visit. Regardless of the content and whether I agree with it or not, I can't stand seeing it as often as I do.
