retro - its only 5 years in NY and that starts from when they turn 18, so 23 is the latest it could be for Davis which was 16 years ago.

It has expired in this case for the sexual allegations

I think that detail is an interesting coincidence, and I would love to know what Davis said back in '03. On the other hand, if Schwanker is saying that Davis's 2011 story matches his 2003 story, then it would be a moot point.
