What about a shooter from the Juco ranks, like Marco Bourgault, who's looking at St John's right now? It's doubtful, but we may have to take a flyer on a guy with a Kristoff situation. I'd hate to go into the year with 3 guards simply because of the potenial for injury...

I think you just have to batten down the hatches and take your chances with 3 guards plus Mookie.

MCW and Brandon are going to get the majority of the available minutes and Cooney, if he is as good as all of the folks who are looking for the next GMAC want to believe he is, should also get a fair amount. So who is going to come here knowing that they will only get minutes if there is an injury? And will that person be someone that we want playing in that case anyway?

This is my thought. He's not the guy you want at the 2, but does he get a little time there on occasion just on the off chance of bad foul trouble and/or injuries. I think it's a possibility.

With the announcers talking about Philly like they did, I had hoped we could of recruited some straight G's from there to replace the ones we were losing. Maybe next year. This team is losing some moxie with them leaving. I wouldn't mind seeing a G brought in to enforce things things a bit.

This is my point. Particularly for a JUCO. Why would they come? The top 3 guards will not change no matter who is brought in. MCW would not have seen any time this year if he were not a McD AA.
