Yeah, we were in PHX yesterday afternoon to catch a late flight out - it was 115 and full sun. UGH.
Hit the Botanical Gardens after sunset, and it was still freaking 105. Got down to 102 by 10pm.
Did I mention? UGH.

Bit its a dryyyyyyyy heat...

If its a C-130, didn't one of them just break up mid-air and crash? That has to be concerning? I haven't followed the investigation, but it seems like the air frames on some of the older models are getting tired.

Yeah the one in Mississippi. I flew newer -130 airframes. They were built in the early 90s. The KC-135 variant my son is flying have frames built in the early to mid 60s.

My Gunship was called Spooky...it could lay down rounds like no one else could.
