anyone have trouble with the ticket scanner not getting your ticket scanned properly?

My first ticket worked fine, second ticket took some work to get scanned. Using an iPhone.

I was at the ticket tacker for 10 mins as she couldn't scan my ticket for some reason, I rebooted my phone and it miraculously worked

or if your going to do mobile right after the metal check outsides seems like a better place to scan vs in the area between the doors and the hallways
