I agree that Syracuse would be insane to turn down state money for a new stadium, as I stated before if its offered you take it and run theres no reason to even think about it.  Like you said who knows if this would ever come up again in our lifetimes so Syracuse would be crazy to turn it down over some concessions.  My only point is that I fully expect Syracuse to request a large say in what events take place in the stadium and that they would have similar control like they do now over the dome but with the caveat that they dont have full control like they do now and would need to allow some things that currently Syracuse would never touch.  All in all I think were pretty much on the same page I just think Syracuse has a little more leverage then it would appear.
