A stadium next to Destiny on the Inner Harbor makes the most sense.

Tailgating needs to be a priority. I agree that we'll attract 5-7,000 more each game with a practical pregame setup.

Seating needs to be at least 45,000 for football with the ability to expand to 55,000 or more should the need arise. Don't be stupid.

Be careful with basketball seating. Think wisely. What we have now is unique. It's sets us apart from the rest. Could it be more intimate? Sure. But seating for less than 30,000 would be a huge mistake.

Retractable roof? If you're building a stadium with room for expansion, this isn't an issue.

Hey, with the way things move in CNY, I'll be singing the SU fight song from 6 feet under by the time this happens.

In the meantime, I'll enjoy the Fine Lot, having a slice at the Varsity, a beer at Faegan's and walking to the Dome. It's the Syracuse experience.
