people lining up to jump. 35-35 with the Ville having the ball at about the
Cardinal 45. And 11 seconds left. 4th down. The coach goes for it and they
throw the ball incomplete in to the endzone. 5 seconds left. Stanford throws
a short pass. Basically no gain. Guy gets out of bounds with 1 second left.
Penalty for what must have been a late hit 15 yards. Stanford will try a 57
yard FG. Longest this guy has ever made is 51. Lining up for the kick, a Ville
guy runs in to the back field. Offside 52 yard kick now. 20 yards for nothing.
Kick is good. ball game.

I never understand when coaches go for deep shots in situations that only need a modest gain. A lot of coaches seem to lack situational awareness.
