Anyone know how the WMU kid hurt on the kickoff is?

Five takeaways from WMU football's Week 1 shootout loss to Syracuse

Tucker's outlook positive

WMU running back Davon Tucker left the game in a stretcher midway through the first quarter after a collision with a Syracuse player as the Broncos were returning a kickoff.

Results of a CT scan showed no significant damage, and the injury is not expected to be of the season-ending variety.

WMU coach Tim Lester also said the first-half ankle injury to defensive end Eric Assoua isn't expected to be a long-term one.

Thank you CL. Scary moment.

Players...please keep your head up when blocking and tackling.
