Why wouldn't they ask BYU first to get to 10? That makes me think BYU has no interest. IMO we need one of two things to happen:

1. B12 stays at 10 and SEC takes WV or UL
2. Mizzou goes to SEC and B12 takes BYU, UL, and WV

If the B12 goes to 12 taking UL and WV, that would be awful for the ACC. The SEC would be forced to take an ACC team to get to 14 (hopefully Clemson).
