He is a very good individual. A great husband, father and friend. He is fiercly loyal maybe to a fault with those that he loves like Erob but if that is his worst trait ill give him a pass. Fran connects with our core recruiting base. I wish you could see him with recruits and their families. 
These famalies be it Mom and Dad or grandparents who are raising our future players all connect with Fran. He knows their lives knows their struggles and they trust him. 
Fran has much to learn as a coach and I believe he will as he puts in the work and is hardest on himself.
I think he is a class act and I'm glad that he is leading our program and our young men. He has made me proud to be associated with Syracuse football again. I'm all in with him.
