AP Top 25

We’re about to be ranked where we should’ve been last week. In reality if you watch the games, we should be in the convo for the one or two spots that may been given to 3 loss teams.

We have wins over 3 ranked opponents. A top 10 win. Wins over 2 teams with 10 wins (possibility for a 3rd team if Ohio wins the MAC championship game).

We only played 1 team with a losing record the entire season (Stanford).

We have the 11th ranked offense in the country.

We had a legit top 15 season. The Stanford loss really stings and came out of nowhere.

Also want to add our Pitt and BC losses were both on the road to conference teams with winning records. Pitt was even ranked.

SU is #24 in ESPN’s power rankings. Not sure that’s high enough but what’s the point of the FPI rankings and power rankings on the same network.

I’ll post what the Atlanta writer submits. He had us 23 last week. And have got 2 compliments walking around this morning, one from a GT fan who hates Miami and was glad we both punked the Canes.
Add a Pitt fan, glad we finished strong. It’s going to be a great day.

To get to top 20 we need a good bowl win.
