Are we still a respectable program or does this set us back?

I am hearing how Marrone turned us back into a respectable program, and would very much agree. Would you all say that this is stil true? Or do you reserve this judgement for when we have our next hire? My biggest concern is for the recruits. We need to do everything that is possible to not have a repeat of Ray Rice. This happening will certainly set us back.
