argh - espn3 feed sux for me

it's probably just my old-ish laptop but the feed is super glitchy and constantly buffering - anyone else?
(I have a highspeed connection via Comcast/Xfinity)

Its best to have nothing up with it. It runs your banwidth the less sights open the better it runs. And restart the feed during tv breaks.
Hope it will help some.

It's not buffering for me but it gets very fuzzy after it's up for a bit. At each timeout, I close it and relaunch it and that works for a few minutes before it gets fuzzy again
