Games at West Point and Annapolis are not bad things...but a 1-1-1 would be nice. You'd want to go 3 and 3 with Army? I'd be mad if it was anything more than a 1-1-1.
Very disappointed but I guess it is unrealistic to expect the lack of vision that has plagued the football scheduling in recent years would be magically addressed by Dr Gross being moved out as the AD.Wake also just announced a six year deal with Army.

if that be the case then screw itI wonder if its Army that is putting the kibosh on a series with them? There were some hard feelings in West Point after the McNabb "salute".

It would be great if the new AD has a lot of experience scheduling at the P5 level. Since Rob Edson was pushed out, we have been awful and the amateur hour efforts here have to end soon.
there you go, crapping on my NYC game againHome and home with Army would be great, there's no need for neutral site games.
October works too.there you go, crapping on my NYC game again
Yankee Stadium @3 in nov would be just perfect.
He's done better the last few years. Nothing major will change until there's a new AD in place.Gross' crony Frazier is still there, so nothing will change
Stadium will be busy.October works too.

with all due respect, if Cuse goes say @Army or in NYC, a d1aa, a mac and maybe an indiana...thats a hell of a start to a bowl season.2-1-1 with Army would be great.

and that still leaves a lot of room on armys schedule.Could be that Army doesn't want to play us, maybe they'd rather go out of state.
I don't know if that's the answer, and I'd love to play them, but we should probably know that answer before blaming our guys for being asleep at the wheel. Given that it's a logical NYC opponent, seems odd that Gross wouldn't have been pursuing it.
I got yelled at for saying the same thing on this board.2-1-1 with Army would be great.
