Once the NCAA allows conferences to scrap divisions to host a conference title game then most conferences will likely go to a 3 annual opponents and rotate the other 5 opponents to play everyone more often but the NCAA hasn't passed this legislation yet even though they are likely to do so in the future.tell me more, could one division start next season?
