What moves do you want to see in the coaching staff?
For me it's fire bullough, promote doust to DC. Get rid of Adams and bring in a proven OC coach, his recruiting prowess be dammed. Find a good d-line coach with good NE recruiting ties. Get rid of Reed and find a seasoned secondary coach with ties to the south.
