Very cool by ASU.

You will see many more teams do this on a one-off basis for marketing purposes, mostly pro teams.

I'd suspect Syracuse would be one of the last to do this. Innovation in marketing is not a forte.

Voted for gold helmets, maroon jerseys, and gold pants. Never been a fan of their re-branding with the black unis.
