If it’s a gauge on respect, Florida State is the perfect example for my argument.  Looking at their recruits, past experience and second year of a new coach they SHOULD be ranked higher.  When you look at VT, they’ve ended each season with a lower ranking each year of Fuentes’ tenure.   That’s the history they should be looking at.

I’m happy Syracuse isn’t getting respect, but if you look at changes to the roster they should be a strong candidate to repeat success. A large contingent of starters are returning and holes are being filled in many cases with kids that were higher ranked in high school (if your into that sort of thing) than the player they are replacing.

Can’t wait for the season to begin so we can start proving these guys wrong.  Go Orange!
