I just read the article about the attendance and hope we show up and have a great atmosphere.

when the kid mentioned being in the seats when the team come on the field (which never happens anymore), I cant help but think about one of my favorite dome memories. the Miami game in 90 or 91, the dome was full and the fans saw the team organizing themselves in the tunnel, and the crowd started to go crazy, it was deafening, I think they held the team in the tunnel to let the noise build. it was awesome!! we lost that day, 16-10 but it was some good stuff!! great game to be at.

that was 1992, I sold my punched season ticket to a Miami fan and went to Faegan's, always wondered if he got in without a student id and I'd happily trade him the $50 back for that ticket stub right now

For me Miami 94 when Dan Conley intercepted the pass in the first quarter. It was ear piercing loud. I was a frosh so i wasn't there for the prior great ones but that game stands out for pure noise for me.

For me it PSU 87 when Rob Moore caught the bomb from McPherson to open the game. The place was shaking.

If I'm thinking of the right game, the team didn't come out for a long time because they were waiting for Miami to enter first, which they purposely refused to do.

Sadly haven’t been coming pin enough to hear any crazy loud moments but we better believe the whole pacusefamily is yelling and screaming wherever we are at lol.
At the Virginia game when Dungey jumped over the DB the cuse sections got crazy loud for a solid 5 minutes.

The dome was packed for warmups that day, long before the team took the field. By far the loudest I have heard it in there.

I remember shaking when that pass was completed. I was at work in Dutchess County, listening on a poor signal from an Albany radio station (WGY I think). You could hear a deafening roar over the air. And you could feel a change in the team's destiny. At least that's how I remember it.

The 87 WVU game, which I attended, also busted an eardrum or two.

I’ve been at them all. This was the loudest, by far. And yes, I could feel the stands shaking

One of my best memories in the Dome. Lost that game by three yards, but the atmosphere was straight up electric.

I was there...wow, that last 4 mins is some of the worst football coaching of the last 40 years, even adjusting for the Miami defensive talent.

Just completely unprepared for end of game scenarios, hurry-up, anything.

That coaching staff would have been fired on Monday today...

EDIT: Just to clarify, it was great coaching to be in the game with that team...the end of game scenario showed a lot to be desired. Hope that's fair.

Miami players came right up to the student section during warmups and just started taunting us.

At the time, I hated it. Then at some point I realized how great it was. They loved being the bad guy on the road.
