Attendance for Liberty

Is this going to be like a Rutgers type crowd? Do we reach 35k? We know the students will show up which is good, and hopefully get a good walk up crowd!

Unfortunately the rutgers debacle coupled with the hassle for those that need to be tested will make this a low attendance game. I was on the bus to the game and a cuse fan was talking to a rutgers fan and kept saying how we are a basketball school and we stink… this was a cuse fan mind you! I was infuriated but after the rutgers game I couldn’t really be mad anymore. We need to win in order to change the perspective and get fans in the door that’s it . If you want them to come the you have to make them believe there not wasting a Saturday.

Who cares really at this point. They are being careful w an indoor stadium and people are staying away. Oh and the team at this point isn't lighting anyone's pants on fire.

Of course the team can change the trajectory and be something worth testing/masking up for but so far, i don't blame people for staying home.

Yep I wouldn’t hesitate to grab a ticket friday if I didn’t have to scramble for a test, I get it but it sucks it’s such a hassle.

the issue is that Tm does not really show you whats been sold only whats available. they sold X of full season tickets and Y of game pack tickets and we have no idea what games those people chose. You could in theory have sold 5000 of those 3 game packs and they could have all chosen Clemson/liberty/Pitt and nothing on TM would look any different in those games than it does for Albany. I mean without a doubt Clemson sold more tickets than any other game. Does TM for that game look any different?

Probably not a huge crowd but certainly bigger than Albany. But the fans that are there will be the diehards that are really into it. So it will be a good crowd regardless of the actual size.

not sure Im following you if they bought the 3 game packs those will not show up as unavailable. I know the vast spaces in the upperdeck that are shown as unavailble are not sold and they only put those out if they sell the lower areas out.

I can't make it as I'm not local (4 hour drive) and I am swamped at work right now, which makes Friday night games difficult. I'm waiting on my daughter to let me know if she wants my tix. If not, I may be able to give them away on here tomorrow, sec 327, row D. The cheap seats, but there are no bad seats in the 3rd level for football.

I am looking at the 2 games.. I dont see much difference. Now if the New Normal is 31K and Clemson is 33K we wont see much anyway as spread out as that will be.

walk up will only be possible for those 2 weeks post vaccine series completion so they would of had to decide 2 weeks ago unless they can get covid tested quickly

What do you mean ? Takes about 5 minutes at your nearest CVS or Wall Greens. who has time for that !!!

take for instance the tickets in the upper deck. pick a section like 309. Row K and below are available on the screen. yet many many tickets above K have been sold. They dont release all the tickets K and below for sale just some of them at any point in time. If people bought the 3 pack those come out of a group of tickets different than ones reserved for full seasons and then a 3rd group is singles and another group is Group tickets.. There is no way to really know if seats below K are sold or not since they dont release all of the unsold together. Some of the white dots are sold tickets and some are hold backs.

The one difference is the tickets for Clemson are 70.00 for lower level instead of !0.00
