I think the same can be said of all our asst b-ball coaches, the players love all 3 and the same can be said about a few of the fball coaches too.

True but Dino and Red are not just loved/liked they command respect. Those two seem to also garner the respect of the parents/guardians of the kids. In my opinion that is what allows them to successfully recruit and lead.
