Babers Reshapes Recruiting Staff

Babers has hired Landan Salem as the program's director of player personnel. Babers also named Dave Boller Syracuse's director of recruiting operations. Boller, who served as the Orange's director of player personnel last season, replaces Asil Mulbah, who left in May for a position in the Buffalo Bills scouting department.

Together, Salem and Boller will lead the program's efforts to identify and attract the nation's top football prospects.

Dave Boller has been an excellent addition to this staff and he is a very important piece in any of the Syracuse Football recruiting. Syracuse University needs to keep Dave Boller around for a long time. Go Orange!!!!

I agree about Boller. Salem was hired for his old position. You have to replace good with someone as good or better. Its a nice mix of veteran experience and young and innovative. Salem was targeted. Syracuse is a hard place to sell. You have to have a unique recruiting approach. Like I said before, its a good move.
