babers strength and conditioning thread

I appreciate your sentiment for Hicks but I really hope that no decision is ever made to "keep the peace with former players."
i agree. when they become sth and donors like many of us rank and file are or in my case were, i would have more empathy. we have supported those players through the years. i wonder if those that have the means have "given back" to su or the city who stood behind them. hell lemoyne college got a 6.5 million donation from one of the alumni. i wouldn't care what a donation was for, so long as it was a donation. i must stop now as i will get banned for saying more about the subject of wealthy former players

Since his title is (Sorry, MadNY3, no "Executive Senior" as lead in) Assistant Athletics Director for Athletic Performance, you could be right. Too bad for all those years Freeney trained up at Manley, he always seemed to forget his checkbook.

Hey Moose, Rocco, help the judge find his checkbook!

Sorry, but I don't agree. There's nothing that a machine can do that you can't do with a free weight, even with shoulder injuries. I've had several impingements, and even through my PT, I've always and only used free weights and bands. Have never needed to use machines. Machines are great for the machine manufacturers, and that's about it.
