Some of the greatest coaches in history are quite stoic for example Tom Landry, Chuck Knox, Billy B from NE and Bud Grant. I don't care for the antics personally but do care they know what they're doing. I want a CEO who lets his guys coach and is the face and leader of his team. I think Dino is getting there.
