Just saw an incredible performance by Mayfield. He was cut by Carolina on Tuesday. Picked up by the Rams Tonite he comes in to lead the Rams with a 98 yd drive in about a minute to win the game

He's what a Dino would call a occasionally great. That QB class was so ranked wrong in retrospect.

I dunno, it all depends on where they landed. Mayfield (and Darnold) ended up on dumpster fires. Mayfield even twice. Now, maybe he caught lightning in a bottle last night, but I'm inclined to believe after he did what he did under those circumstances indicates the problems he had in those two places weren't all him.

Guy won a road playoff game for a garbage franchise a couple years ago. Can't do that and also be terrible.
