Based on what I've learned from Minnesota fans posting here..

If you shut down there run game, they're in trouble.

They have a suspect run defense.

They have duel threat QBs but a lousy passing game due to injury decimation in there WR core.


Tell me again why Minnesota fans think they'll beat us? We haven't allowed a 100 yard rusher all season and we run the ball down our opponents throats.


I smell upset city, though the spread isn't even big.

By looking at there stats I originally just thought their passing game was even more non existent than ours.

That cannot be used as an argument.

First off, those were the first two games of the season. Second off, we had a new inexperienced coach. Third off, we had a quarterback who is no longer our starter.

We play Penn St. today we beat them, I'd argue handedly.

We faced a full strength NW. They faced the shattered remnant of a OSU sacrificial lamb. Northwestern WAS NOT the same team after they played OSU. The several straight losses show that.

I'll give Minnesota the Nebraska win though, that's very impressive.

I assume West will be playing, have not heard that is injury is season ending. Thought maybe it was a chest injury when played FSU, but what do I know? Alvin though has been playing well and would like him to keep starting, the kid has a bright future.
