Basketball Board Down?

If logged in as a guest can't see bball/fball board. When using user name just can't see bball. Also, every page takes about 30 seconds to load when logged into user name, and this has been going on for a month now. posted in suggestions, but can't get a response. logged in as guest can fly around, but not under user name. anybody else have this issue?
