I agree that Webber needs to be in. 5x All-NBA player, 54th all time in PER. And since it factors in college as well, he was a Top 5 college player of the early 90s.

Ben Wallace needs to get in as well. He was the most dominant defender for a 4-5 year period during the dark ages of the NBA in the early 2000’s. The modern Dennis Rodman.
