OP - great post, but here's a sure sign I'm getting older (40) - I've noticed I've started taking offense when phrases like, "some old guy" are used in descriptions. LOL.

40 is old? LMFAO! I went back to school and started a whole new career when I was 40!

I just turned 40, but you would never have thought I got passed my prom. Junior high school that is.

To be fair, I said, I can tell I'm getting older, not that I was old . In the past though, I would have probably said, "some old guy" myself - now I'm like, "that was unnecessary." You're only as old as you feel. Some days I'm 18, some days I'm 100!
