They showed Jimbo and Addazio giving their pre-game talks to their respective teams and I will say that Addazio's gave me the chills. Very moving.

Now I feel like I need to go shower in acid and rinse my mouth out with gasoline for saying that.

Mack Brown is giving BC wayyyyy too much praise relative to their offense performance thus far.

That was always Addazio's thing, doing pre game speeches. I remember at Florida he was in charge of coming up with some pre game motivational theme for each game.

For the addazio lovers he just punted from his own 39 yard line and it was a touch back.

His own 39 or FSU's 39?

His own would be a 41 yard field position difference.

(I just turned the game on).

FSU's 39 on 4th and 3.

Addazio's a bully.

In over his head in Gainesville. Milked the cow at Temple.
He may do well at BCU, and I'm sure that he knows his football, but he wouldn't be the choice of coaches for my kids.

He's not Darth Vader (e.g. John Thompson II), but he's not someone to get behind.

He's doing a pretty good job with BC. Remember before last season, after he purged the roster, many here thought they would become a joke. I don't know exactly how he treats his players, but more than one Florida kid came to BC with him, so he can't be that bad.

There's also a good reason why alums like Konrad went to bat for him to get the SU job.

He also said Jimbo has only had E.G as a qb for a month. Sort of a jab at B kelly.

It was 4th and 5 at the FSU 40. BC's O is really bad. If they were facing a 1st & 5 and had to throw the ball 4 times to pick up the first down, I don't think their QB could do it.

BC quarterback looks pretty bad throwing. They are a one dimensional team. We've been there plenty.

Yeah flip flop, I've been drinking. Bc was in fsu territory. They punted from the fsu 39. It was 4th and a couple.

BC's OL is young this year but in the future will be really good. BC doesn't have a chance unless Golson turns it over. When we play BC even though it will frustrate the hell out of me we will play a soft zone and give these WR easy windows for this BC QB to make plays. As long as we get turnovers it will work but our defense will give up yards to BC.

If Marrone didn't quit so late in the game I really think Addazio would have been the next SU coach or atleast that is what I hope. BC had a top 35 recruiting class last year and has young talent. He has them upward.

Did anyone see the opening bloc on Sports Center tonight? The whole BC team posed on steps leading down toward the stadium, with Addazio in front. They get the cue and start slowly walking down the stairs. ESPN sticks the mic in front of the coach, and he says that the whole team was coming from Mass. Asked about the change in the "Eagle Walk" from football sweats to sports coats/ties, he says that BC is a classy university, and dressing up gives the school the respect it deserves (I paraphrase).

On the page, it comes across okay. Watching it live, the coach was smug and holier-than-thou. Really rubbed me the wrong way.

They start two seniors on OL and two juniors ...

Cusefan0307 Boston don't take it from ESPN. The war is on.

Anyone remember Harold Landry from recruiting? Dude's a beast. Too bad we couldn't flip him.

I'm not impressed with either team, honestly.

They are red-shirting good OL. BC last recruiting class was really good for a Northeast private school.
Whatever happened to the 4 star legacy OL who de committed from us for BC during Greggers years? BC always gets good OL. Spinney?
