It is just style of QB. It isn't hard to identify what is needed. You need someone who processes defenses fast, accurate with the ball, and has a quick release. Everything else is gravy. Don't need "big arm" none of that other crap. Just watch tape of the people in the transfer portal and pick the correct QBs.

They will come here to put up numbers and the same with WRs.

You're wrong, the system has to have a special QB, they have to be able to read, and make all the correct throws. There aren't enough good QB's who can make those throws. The ones who can go to places like OhioSt, Notre Dame, LSU, Texas, Oklahoma, Oregon, Georgia, Miami, Florida St, Clemson, Oregon, Mississippi St, and other schools like that.
