Boston College linebacker Tim Joy sustained a knee injury in camp and will miss the entire 2014 season.
Joy, a junior, was a backup linebacker who was expected to make significant contributions this season. The former 3-star recruit was the No. 1 reserve behind returning starter Steven Daniels.
There is no Joy in BC but there are depth issues.
