Beer-O-Meter for Tonight

With last week being a 12 (the worse we play the more we consume), I'm going to go with a 5 beer night against UConn

I tend to use the gin-o-meter, although I'm low on supplies right now. Yet another reason that we need a solid win tonight.

I usually do a shot of whiskey b4 the opening kick offs of each half, and a beer per quarter. Then 1 more beer to celebrate a victory. If we lose, especially the 'way' we lose, I usually lose count. Something else to blame GRob for, my drinking problem.

Last week my 2 year old kept me sober. She won't be a factor in tonight's attack on my body. Win or lose, I'll still booze.

Nope, the 'ol lady is having her friends over tonight for her bday this weekend (apparently it still needs to be a 3 day affair, I figured that would quit into our 30's). I agreed to go to the Iowa vs Penn state game with her tomorrow (she is a season ticket holder) so long as I could be left alone in the man cave for the game tonight. No driving for me!

I remember when I was about 10 playing Little League, all of us on the All-Star team got to go down and watch a Mets game. I was a huge Yankees fan and wore all my gear, including yankee keychains on my shoes. Mets fans didn't really appreciate that too much. Lots of mean and bad words were directed my way

We are living in paralell universes. During the last one her one friend ran through the screen door and broke it and the other one did a back flip over the sofa and broke a table. You would have thought I had a meth lab in the basement. They put my frat brothers to shame.

I was a huge Yankees fan and wore all my gear, including yankee keychains on my shoes. Mets fans didn't really appreciate that too much. Lots of mean and bad words were directed my way

isnt it great what "fans" will say to kids? For instance I have friends who are die hard Iowa and Iowa State fans here...really get into it. One time in Iowa City for the annual throw down a buddy brings his daughter, he is an Iowa State alum and she at the time was 11 or 12 (now and Iowa State freshman). Walking into the game some drunken idiot yelled something to the effect that she is going to grow up to be an Iowa State whore. Its crazy what fandom can do to some poeple.
